These terms govern your use of the Flak Arcana website and the digital miniature files sold through it. By using the site or buying a file, you agree to these terms.
Flak Arcana is a digital miniatures storefront run by Benjamin Del Rio (Kabewski). The site sells downloadable, 3D-printable model files for printing at home.
Every purchase is a digital file licensed for your use. It is not a physical product, and it does not transfer ownership of the design. Your rights to each file are set out in the license. In short: print all you like for your own table, but do not resell or redistribute the files.
Checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They process your payment, issue your receipt, and handle any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars, and the amount charged at checkout is the authoritative price.
Files are delivered digitally, immediately after a successful purchase. No physical item ships and no account is required. If a download link fails, contact us and we will make it right.
Because the products are digital files delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair the file or refund it.
You are responsible for your own printer, slicing, supports, and safety. Resin and FDM printing involve chemicals, heat, and sharp tools, so follow your equipment's safety guidance.
All models, artwork, names, and the Flak Arcana brand belong to Benjamin Del Rio (Kabewski). Buying a file does not transfer those rights. You may not claim the designs as your own or use the brand without permission.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse the site, and do not redistribute purchased files. We may suspend access for abuse.
The site and files are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for damage to your equipment arising from printing the files. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by the last-updated date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
